Tasting notes

The Barbera Ariota is ruby red in color. It has rich and intense flavors of black cherries, cranberries and fresh red plums with undertones of cloves, anise, vanilla and caramel. This wine is bright and juicy, with lively acidity, balanced with velvety soft tannins. Pairs wonderfully with roasted poultry, herbaceous cheeses and grilled pizza with sausage. It also compliments the local Piedmont Tajarin pasta with Ragu sauce
