Art. 7 - Right of Withdrawal


Byvino S.n.c. guarantees the right to terminate the purchase contract, referring to the Legislative Decree 22/05/1999, n. 185 "Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts", as amended. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 10 working days after receipt of goods.
