Vinification

destemming, maceraton with skins contact; the alcoholic fermentaton occurs spontaneously with its indigenous yeasts without using sulftes with careful maceraton and temperature tme control

Aging

in small oak barrels for 10/12 months in contact with its indigenous yeasts, in botle at controlled temperature of 15°C

Color: bright, ruby red

Bouquet: fresh cut flowers, rose and ripe fruit

Taste: elegant fruity notes, flowers, spices, sweet tannins that invite to drink this wine startng from the frst months in bottle
