Barbera made from over-riped grapes of a South-East  exposure vineyard in the Cru Mariano

After processing the wine is left refining for 36 months in French oak barrels which enable it to reach a specific maturity which enhance its quality

The intense bouquet with hints of amarena, coffee and cocoa presents a full, austere and velvety flavour with rich and silky final

The Nizza Riserva is perfect with structured meat dishes, game and ripened and blue cheeses
