Our Barolo is obtained from a small vineyard in the Perno Area of Monforte d’Alba, one of the most prestigious site thanks to its unique soil composition and climatic guardianship. Hills with 770-990 ft a.s.l. of altitude and exposure from south to south-west

Fermentation and maturation

The vinification process follows the tradition, with about 15 days of floating cap fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (28°C)

Tasting Notes

Colour: Brilliant red with a tendency towards garnet with ageing
