Made from grapes from the vineyard San Bernardo in Serralunga d'Alba, it is the result of a long process of maturation in the cellar for at least six years. A complex and austere wine, whose nose evokes rock, rosemary and bitter orange, but also red fruits and vanilla. On the palate, there is a vigorous taste of tannin, which then opens up in a finale of liquorice and balsamic notes. We have chosen to produce our Barolo San Bernardo from only the best vintage years
