Merlot 40% - Barbera 30% - Nebbiolo 30%


Barbera and Merlot vineyards are located in Agliano Terme while Nebbiolo vineyard is located in Castagnole Monferrato


the grapes are carefully selected and handpicked in small boxes, between the end of September and October , according to the ripening of the grapes

Wine making process

the three grapes included in the blend are vinified separately. Fermentation and skin maceration process last about 15 days at controlled temperatures (27/28 °C). The wines are aged separately in barrique of French Allier for 12 months. Then, they are blended and finally bottled. The wine is then aged in bottle for 6 months before distribution


ruby red with purple highlights, very fruity nose and lightly spicy notes. The balanced acidity and the soft tannin donates harmony and persistence to the wine

Food arrangements

perfectly paired with risotto, ravioli and pasta with meat sauces. Excellent with stewed meat and seasoned cheese
