100% Sangiovese

Vinification

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 6 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barriques, followed by 12 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for approximately 3 months

Tasting Notes

Color: deep ruby red

Bouquet: hints of black cherry, licorice and Mediterranean scrub

Taste: hints of blackberry plum blend with floral and spicy notes. Upon tasting it is structured and precise, also with a surprising minerality
