Vinification

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 17 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 50% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 20 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months

Tasting Notes

Color: ruby red

Bouquet: strong aromatic notes, with hints of red fruit and ripe plum

Taste: direct, solid and full of energy. The pronounced tannins are in harmony with vivid hints of red fruit
