Vinification

Maceration

cold maceration for about 24 hours at a controlled temperature of 6-8°C in steel. Soft pressing and fermentation in white at a controlled temperature of about 16-18°C for about 15 days

Aging

in steel containers, sur lies with batonnage.

Color

bright, straw yellow with golden reflections

Aroma

hints of citrus, exotic fruit, wild flowers and aromatic herbs, intense and elegant

Taste

elegant, fresh flavor with hints of acacia honey, citrus fruits, exotic fruits with a pleasantly intense finish reminescent of aromatic herbs

Food pairing

excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with vegetable, fish, delicate meats and cheese

Table service

likes tulip glasses, in which it should be served at a temperature of 10-12°C
