Chardonnay 20% - 80% Pinot Noir - organically

Production area

Land located on hilly Montorfano in one of the most characteristic and pleasant areas of Franciacorta, in the municipality of Cologne (BS)

Production technique

It is obtained only in special vintages from traditional pressing of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and the must is fermented for a short period at low temperature in contact with its skins

Color: pink of varying intensity

Perlage: persistent, very fine and abundant

Bouquet: fragrant mild fruit rich in ideas tertiary
