Wine-making

after a careful selection, the grapes are softy pressed. The must obtained is put to ferment at a temperature of 18-20 °C. When the wine reach 4-5% vol. is decanted to make it clear

Colour

fairly intense straw yellow sometimes with greenish reflections

Aroma

inviting smell particularly of sage, lemon, lime, acacia and fruits like apricot and peach

Flavour

Inviting for that sweet and sour vein

It is accompanied by fresh desserts, pies and fruit salads
