Barbera d'Alba D.O.C. is a typical wine of our area, the queen of the Langa table. We have chosen vinification in steel only, to highlight its fruity notes. This Barbera is released onto the market in the spring following harvest AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 2023
Uccellone is one of the best vineyards on the hilltops of Rocchetta Tanaro. The vineyard takes its name from the old woman who lived in the house adjacent to the vineyard. The lady was always dressed in black and therefore given the nickname “l’uselun” (big bird)
Literally campo del rosso, or “the redhead’s field” (in Piedmontese, “camp” means vineyard and “du rouss” means red hair), this wine takes its name from the vineyard’s very first owner: a red-headed man who was so burly he frightened the children
