The area of production involves a wide hill of Nebbiolo vines in Roddino. Hills with 770-990 ft a.s.l. of altitude and exposure from East to South- East

Cultivation

Traditional with Guyot pruning

Fermentation and maturation

Combining modern winemaking techniques with regional traditions, this wine is obtained from the soft pressing of Nebbiolo grapes followed by a long and patient fermentation and refinement in stainless steel tanks at controlled and low temperature (15° C)

Ageing

The Langhe Rosato matures in steel and cement for at least 2 months before being bottled
