50% Sangiovese, 50% Prugnolo Gentile

Vinification

Destemming and soft pressing, without overstressing the berries, in which the must remains briefly in contact with the skins in order to obtain an extremely balanced freerun juice. Alcoholic fermentation for about 10 days. The wine then rests in steel tanks on its lees for 3 months

Tasting Notes

Color: pink, red onion skin

Bouquet: intense hints of tangerine, white peach and strawberries combined with floral notes

Taste: citrus and raspberries combined with floral notes. The finish is long and crisp, with a marked minerality
