An open and expressive nose, with rich flavours of plump, ripe yellow stone fruit such as apricots or peaches or even dried fruit (almonds)

On the palate

From the first sip the palate is rich, rounded and powerful. It shows a lovely development with a soft freshness combined

Food matches

Perfect as a refreshing accompaniment to simple grilled meat dishes in the summer heat. The light salty tang on the champagne’s finish reflects wonderfully with crisp, pan-fried garden vegetables, cooked and seasoned à la Passard
