Vinification

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 10 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by 12 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 3 months

Bouquet: aromas of blueberry, preach kernel and cinchona

Taste: with surprising freshness, it is harmonious and balanced on the palate
