Vinification

white, with VINIFICATION inside wooden vats

Vinification time

the wine remains for three or four days inside stainless steel vats and, once the alcoholic vinification has started, it is put into special barrels (“barriques”) where the vinification  is completed.

Vinification temperatures

from 16 to 18 degrees centigrades

Cellar refining

the wine fermented inside the barrels is transferred and then returns into the barrels again and remains there for a maximum of 12 months
