PINOT CHARDONNAY BRUT
This sparkling wine, one of the most traditional produced by Casa Vinicola Morando, is created from a skilful blend of Pinot and Chardonnay grape varieties. This is a sparkling wine with exceptional balance, it is rounded, and is produced using the Charmat method. This is a Crémant sparkling wine, with a fine and persistent mousse, ample bouquet, full and fragrant
Colour
Pale straw-yellow with greenish tinges
Aroma
Pronounced and distinctive, refreshing, fragrant and fruity
Flavour
Dry and lively, full, with an elegant texture. Serve at a temperature of 6°-8° C
Vine
Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay
Vinification
Soft pressing of the grapes and first fermentation at a low temperature in steel vats. Second fermentation using the Charmat method in steel pressurised vats at a controlled temperature up to a pressure of 5 bar
Ageing
In pressurised vats for three months, two of which on the lees
Pairings
It is the ideal sparkling wine to accompany an entire lunch and to add a little sparkle to any occasion
