in thermo-conditioned stainless steel, with bleeding and brief maceration

in stainless steel, with an additional bottle ageingof a few months before marketing

Best drinking time

within three years, but we recommend to enjoy it while young to appreciate its peculiar aromatic fragrance

Food pairings

A splendid wine with salamis and cold starters, (perfect with aubergine parmesan) and excellent with stewed or grilled fish, grilled meat and poultry, spicy dishes and rabbit chasseur
